Meet your new mentor: the red wine drinking, aesthetic obsessed Tiffany. With 10 years of experience in the advertising space, Tiffany created Good on Paper to be what she couldn't find anywhere else - a community for our people and a powerhouse for our clients. At Good on Paper, we wear many hats. Tiffany's current hats include designer, brand strategist, CEO and resident bartender. Her favorite sport is watching women make money.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with multiple projects at one time, ranging from one time project based work including tactical assignments to supporting complex, integrated campaigns with ongoing retainer Clients
- Coordinates, activates and communicates relevant project information to the internal team to ensure that the outcome addresses the Client’s business requirements
- Supports Founder on opening and tracking of all jobs directed to internal teams including but not limited to: Social Media Team & Creative Team
- Leads and supports projects by managing timelines, processing job orders and working collaboratively to meet Client deliverables
- Assists in proofing and compiling materials for internal and Client meetings
- Updates and manages internal and Client facing status reports
- Serves as the day to day project contact for Clients & internal teams
- Establishes relationships with Clients
- Facilitates the process of great work
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.
- College internship with exposure to Agency & Account Services highly preferred.
- Desire to develop a strong working knowledge of advertising and marketing
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook with the ability to learn new software & operating systems
